A-level和GCSE陆续放榜，英国销量最高的报纸《每日电讯报》(The Daily Telegraph)也如约发布了新一年的私校A-level排名。

嘉德睿博教育-资深教育顾问Christine，第一时间为您解析2017年排名变化情况，2017年排名依旧按照A-Level成绩A-A*的比例进行，卡迪夫中学（Cardiff Sixth Form College）再次蝉联榜首，以91.4%的A-A*率傲视群雄。根据英国私校教育委员会（ISC）的统计，卡迪夫中学是唯一一所A-level成绩的A-A*比例在90%以上的超级中学。

这所诞生于2004年的年轻中学可谓学霸气质满分，其他传统私校也不甘落后。赫赫有名的“九大公学”中，以威斯敏斯特公学（Westminster School）的表现最为抢眼，A-A*率高达86.38%。这所建校于1179年的古老私校，位于伦敦市中心威斯敏斯特教堂专用区，曾经培养出过7位首相，曾多年保持牛津和剑桥的最高录取率。

对比起去年的榜单，前十名的学校里有不少新面孔，出去刚刚提到的超级学霸集散地卡迪夫中学，声名在外的古老私校威斯敏斯特中学和亚裔学生众多的艾森博格女王学院（Queen Ethelburga's College），剩下的7所学校都是新晋选手。学术气息浓郁的国际学校协和中学（Concord College）一下飞跃到第七名的位置。带着国王头衔的男校King’s College School（KCS, Wimbledon）也从Top20上升到第四名。

从榜单上我们不难看出，学术优良的私校有不少集中在“金三角”地区（牛津-剑桥-伦敦周边），第二名的The Perse School就位于剑桥郡，榜单前12名中有6所学校来自金三角区域，真可谓大不列颠的学术沃土。

当然了，细心的朋友一定会发现，很多大名鼎鼎的中学不在榜单之列，难道这些名校就此没落了吗？当然不是！不少私校校长常常公开质疑A-Level成绩无法全面反应学校教育水平，因此和往年一样，很多高冷范儿的私立中学出于“保证学术品质，不让孩子沦为考试机器”的目的拒绝公布成绩，著名的私校如伊顿公学，温切斯特公学和威灵顿公学也都多次表示退出排名。

面对这样“酒香不怕巷子深”的顶级名校，除了排名和AB率AA*率，我们还可以通过牛剑比（每年升入牛津剑桥的毕业生比例）和毕业生走向等数据来判断私校教育的品质。择校路漫漫，上下而求索是难免的事，排名不是唯一的衡量标准，每年排位的浮动也很正常，看一所学校的成绩好坏，还需要参考该校在过往3-5年中的成绩变化。
